Abstract
This community service aims to improve the competency of Teachers at SDN 2 Tanggung in Blitar City through training and assistance in preparing differentiated learning tools integrated with 21st- century skills. This activity was carried out offline and online on 3-10 August 2024 and was attended by 8 participants. The implementation stage includes coordination, information dissemination, training and mentoring, then evaluation and follow-up plans. The results of the training and mentoring showed that the average pretest and posttest scores increased from 9.00 to 9.75. Asymp. Sig. value of The Wilcoxon test also shows a value of 0.034 which is <0.050, so it can be concluded that there is a change in value before and after the training and mentoring for teachers is implemented. The participants showed good enthusiasm during the implementation of community service and suggested ongoing training on various other topics.
