Abstract
The aim of the research is, to explore the influence of distributive justice and procedural justice toward organizational commitment. Data collection in this research has done by surveying method. The scales of organizational commitment, Distributive justice and Procedural justice were used as parameters. Research was conducted at Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Malang, with the employees as a subject. The total numbers of the subjects were 43. the result shown that Procedural justice was founded significantly influenced to the organizational commitment, and distributive justice not influenced to the organizational commitment.
