Abstract

This study aims to determine student satisfaction with higher education services that contain four elements; academic services, campus conditions, academic advisors, and teaching activities in higher education. The survey conducted with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collected through a survey of 264 students. The results showed that students satisfied with the academic services provided by researched institutions. However, specific points show less encouraging data, so it becomes essential to discuss. This research implies essential strategies that need to be carried out by higher education to increase student satisfaction with academic services provided.
