Abstract
RM Gagne through learning events, learning capacities and learning organizations formulate strategies that are appropriate for learning Arabic. The underlying reason is that early abilities affect learning achievement, there is an interaction between attractiveness and work memory while learning cognitive strategies can improve students' understanding abilities, in learning language rules needed context, increased learning of second language vocabulary can be done through sequential strategies. With a qualitative approach, through the document method and through observation and qualitative analysis, research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Ma'arif 01 Singosari Malang. Robert Mill Gagne's learning events were implemented in a number of operational actions: Karrir, A'id, Marrah tsaaniyah, Uktub nama tasma ', Iqra' shofhah, Takallam fil amaam, Hayya Nuroji 'Marratan Tsaniyah Ma Qad Ta'allamna., Man Yastatiiu Bil Khulashoti Maa Qod Ta'allamna. Learning capacity is implemented by realizing the ability to mimic conversations, practice pronouns, arrange words into perfect sentences, summarize text, rewrite certain sentences. Learning organization is implemented in the realm of motor skills, intellectual skills, cognitive, verbal information and attitudes. This organization is also based on the characteristics of Arabic language, language skills and elements of Arabic language that become Arabic teaching material in schools.
