Abstract

Research purpose is to conduct a re-construction of attitudes and behavior through a series of learning processes in order to enhance the globally Islamic banking human competitiveness. Paradigmatically, this research used critical paradigm to grasp transformation process. Research strategy used theory of planned behavior which is extended with ulul albab concept as
the value of local wisdom. The sites of research are learning process in SIM university of Singapore, University Sains Malaysia, and Islamic department – Economic Faculty of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.
The results showed that behavior can be formed with a systems approach, both the State and institutional system. Furthermore, behavior can be shaped with reward and coercion system. Provide challenges to students as a means of empowering. Giving some penalties as coercion
reinforcements, are the ways make them to be more discipline and hard work.
