Abstract

One of element of the success in education is the role of an teacher in the learning process in the classroom or outside the classroom. there are many factors that affect the mentoring of teachers in schools, both external and internal factors. SMA Sabilillah Malang is an example of a school that has a model of good teacher accompaniment in the learning, and also it can be seen from the achievements achieved by students in the school and interested ones. This is inseparable from the efforts of schools / institutions in developing the potential of their teachers, the supervision carried out and the welfare of the teachers who teach there. Data analysis and descriptive data analysis were performed. The research can to be a reference for institutions / schools that want to advance their institutions so that they have a good teacher assistance model that suits the needs of students in the institution. the results of this research indicate that the role and management of an institution is very influential on the quality of teachers who teach.
