Abstract

ENGLISH

This study aims to describe and explain: (1) Traditional and Modern suicide motives of Japanese society, (2) Various forms of suicide of japanese society, (3) myths about Aokigahara Forest. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques Watch, Read, Write and Analyze. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Traditional Japanese suicide motives such as Samurai do Seppuku or tearing the stomach, the motive of suicide when it is to show loyalty to the employer or as an expression of shame due to defeat in war, by doing so they will get the honor back for the family who left and for him to die in an honorable way, and Kamikaze's phenomenon that the daring troops who came from the Japanese air force dropped the plane with him to Allied ships. And the modern suicidal motives of Bullying or Ijime, Cyber Bully, Hikikomori or withdrawing and confining themselves from social life, Financial Issues, difficult School Entrance or College Entry, and the difficulty of getting a job; (2) the suicidal form of Japanese society as some examples mentioned in The Complete Manual Suicide by Wataru Tsurumi include overdose, hanging, jumping from a height, cutting the veins, and drinking poison; (3) there is the myth and belief of Japanese society in the Aokigahara Forest that one's soul will become a Japanese ghost or Yurei if they die violently or with bad thoughts on their heads and not doing the proper funeral after they die, and there is a rumor about there's Buddhist Monk in Aokigahara Forest.

أهداف هذا البحث لوصف وشرح: (1) دوافع الإانتحار عند المجتمع الياباني تقليديا وحديثا ، (2) الإنتحار عند المجتمع الياباني ، (3) الأساطير حول غاب Aokigahara. يعد هذا البحث بحثًا وصفيًا نوعيًا مع طريقة جمع البيانات ، بالمشاهدة، والقراءة، والكتابة، والتحليل. فأظهرت النتائج ما يلي: (1) دوافع الإنتحار للشعب الياباني تقليديا مثل الساموراي وارتكاب هارا كيري، والدوافع عندما يكون الإنتحار لإظهار الولاء لصاحب العمل أو لتعبير عن العار بسبب الهزيمة في الحرب، ومن خلال ذلك أنهم سوف الحصول على الاحترام إلى عند عائلتهم ويموتون بطريقة محترمة، وظاهرة Kamikaze وهي الفرقة الشجاعة للموت طائرة الجنود التابعة لسلاح الجو الياباني وانخفضت معهم لسفن الحلفاء. والزخارف الحديثة، وهي الانتحار Bullying أو Ijime، Cyber Bully، Hikikomori أو إغلاق الأنفاس من الحياة الإجتماعية، والمشاكل المالية، والإمتحان لقبول الجامعات التي يصعب، والصعوبة في الحصول على عمل. (2) وهناك أشكال الانتحار عند المجتمع الياباني مذكورة في كتابThe Complete Suicide Manual لوتارو سورومي ((Wataru Tsurumi منها جرعة زائدة، شنق أالأنفاس، والقفز من مكان مرتفع، وقطع الأوردة، وشرب السم. (3) وهناك الأسطورة والإعتقاد لشعب الياباني في الغابة أوكيغاهارا أن نفسا سوف تكون بومة Yurei إذ يموتون بطريقة عنيفة أو أفكار سيئة في رؤوسهم وإذ يحتفلون الإحتفالا المناسب للمجتمع بمناسبة تشييع الجنائز و لكن لا يتم عملها بعد ذلك، والشائعات حول وجود رهاب البوذية في غابة أوكيغاهارا
