Abstract
Reinforcement is an important strategy because it aims to help students' speaking skills. An indication of the speaking skills ability of students is shown by the learning outcomes of Arabic students at MAN 1 Blitar in odd semesters. This research aims: 1) To find out the strategy for reinforcement of speaking skills of students at MAN 1 Blitar. 2) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for reinforcement speaking skills of students at MAN 1 Blitar. The approach in this research was a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The place of this research was MAN 1 Blitar. The primary data sources were the school principal, deputy head of the curriculum section, head of the Arabic language reinforcement program, and teachers. The secondary data sources were several Grade XI students. The data analysis used by the researcher was Miles and Huberman's Theory. The result shows that: 1) Strategies for increasing human resources (HR), cooperation strategies, and language program strategies. 2) Supporting factors of the reinforcement strategies are school committee and community support, teachers with good teaching competence, and school readiness, both morally and materially. While the inhibiting factors of the einforcement are the need for students' motivation to learn the language, many shortcomings in textbooks, undisciplined students, and less effective lesson hours.
