Abstract
Improving the quality of elementary school students' learning is very important because at the elementary school level this is the first or basic step that can be a provision for continuing to the next level of education. So, there is a real need for something called tutoring. Tutoring is considered important because it can be a support or external support that can support the continuity of the educational period. However, apart from external factors such as attending a tutoring program, internal support is also needed such as awareness of the importance of learning, motivation to study, and costs. All of these components are needed to improve the quality of elementary school students' learning. This research uses the one-on-one mentoring and coaching method and the after-school programs method. From the two methods used, it can be seen that the existence of free tutoring can minimize factors inhibiting improving the quality of learning in the form of lack of funds to attend tutoring, can provide high motivation for elementary school students to study, and can also provide enlightenment to Sidodadi residents. and surrounding areas regarding the importance of education in life. When you first started opening a tutoring program, there were some cons. However, this does not dampen enthusiasm for providing tutoring programs that have positive impacts or implications. This aims to improve and elevate the quality of Sidodadi village's human resources through its young generation by nurturing them through a free tutoring program. From this dedication, it can be concluded that this free tutoring program was implemented well and received a good response from the surrounding Sidodadi residents.
