Abstract
The purpose of this study is to look at the direct and indirect impacts of work-family conflict on job satisfaction. As a unique feature of the study, the researcher included a colleague support variable as a mediating variable. An online survey with 171 respondents was used for this study's quantitative analysis. Purposive sampling is the sampling method. In this study, respondents were married, female instructors with the status of ASN (PNS and PPPK). The reliability validity test is then performed after data collection. Furthermore, SEM-PLS using SmartPLS software was used to do hypothesis testing. The outcomes demonstrated that colleague support can influence job satisfaction as can work-family conflict, which may lower it. Finally, peer support can mediate the effect of work-family conflict on job satisfaction. It is hoped that further researchers can add organizational support variables.
