Abstract
The declaration of the leading research and strategic at university is being endeavored nationally in order to accelerate and become the best national university which is ready to compete in World Class Research University (WCRU). Therefore, PTAI seeks treatments and the surefire tips in succeeding steps, which provide guidance and direction of research policy, besides implementing and disseminating the result of the research. The effort to improve the rank and competitiveness of Islamic education generally in the world and Islamic world particularly have been outlined by Ministry of National Education and Ministry of Religious Affairs
