Abstract

This paper describes what Alif Layyinah calls. In this paper the reader will be introduced to the Alif type. This paper is a literature review. Researchers use the inductive deductive method. The results of this study show that in the perspective of Imla’ the writing of Alif Layyinah is influenced by the origin of the letters so that it has two forms, namely maqsurah and mamdudah.
