Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on job satisfactionmediated with spiritual leadership. Data were randomly selected from 115 employees of Bank Jatim Syariah in the central office, Surabaya, and analyzedusing the Partial Least Square. The study shows that Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a direct effect on job satisfaction with spiritual leadership. The practice of OCB has the ability to shape the subordinate mindset to be always responsible for their work. Organizational citizenship behavior underlies the leadership pattern to commit to workload
