Abstract
This study investigates the relationship between work-life balance,
employee well-being, psychological well-being, and job performance in
the context of the Malang City Regional Secretariat Government Office.
Using a quantitative approach with a simple random sampling method,
data was collected from 107 permanent employees. The Partial Least
Squares (PLS) method was used to analyze the relationships between
these variables. The results show a positive impact of work-life balance
on job performance. Additionally, employee well-being and
psychological well-being mediate the relationship between work-life balance and job performance. Furthermore, work-place spirituality moderates the influence of work-life balance on job performance. These findings suggest that organizations can enhance employee job performance by promoting work-life balance, fostering employee well-
being, and cultivating a workplace spirituality environment
